Do I need to pre-book my theme park tickets?

You'll always get the best value prices when booking online, in advance. You can also pay at the gate (subject to availability) where on the gate prices will apply (usually higher than the online rate).

Where is Land of Lights Festival taking place and how do I get there?

Land of Lights Festival is taking place at two locations. You can choose from Milton Keynes or Warrington. For more information and travel advice, visit our Warrington location page or Milton Keynes location page.

Can I park at the attraction?

Yes, parking spaces are available at Gulliver's World Warrington and Gulliver's Land Milton Keynes, it's completely free to park at both locations! 

Who is this attraction suitable for?

Land of Lights is an immersive lantern trail that's perfect for people of all ages. 

Will I be able to buy food and drinks?

Yes, there'll be festive food, street-eats and seasonal drinks available for purchase.

Does the Land of Lights include any of Gulliver's regular rides and attractions?

No, the Land of Lights Lantern Festival is a stand alone special event.

What are the ticket prices for Land of Lights?

Pricing details will be released in the months ahead. Sign up to Land of Lights Newsletter and be the first to hear about pricing information.

What do theme park tickets include?

Theme park tickets include entrance to the park and access to all the theme park rides and attractions*.
*Height restrictions apply.

Do I need to print my ticket or can I use my phone to present it for scanning?

It's absolutely fine to present the confirmation/ticket on your phone upon arrival. All the details about your booking will be sent to you via email. 

How do I book using my Wowcher Family Gift Ticket?

If you have purchased or been gifted a Wowcher Family Gift Ticket you will need to redeem your wowcher code following the instructions on your purchase receipt from Wowcher.

You will then be served a ticket with a barcode for scanning at the gates. If you do not have a barcode, you have not redeemed your wowcher correctly.

Your ticket is valid for selected visit dates until Sept as detailed on your Wowcher. Please check the date exclusions making your journey! 

There is no need to pre-book your visit. Don't forget to bring along your barcoded Wowcher ticket on the day!

Can I book accommodation with theme park access included?

We do have accommodation packages that include theme park entry:

Stay and Play rates include entry to Gulliver's Theme Park on each date that the park is open during your stay. If the theme park is open on the day of your check in and/or the day of your check out, entry is also included on these dates.

Package details and whats included can be found under each room type when browsing for Warrington, Milton Keynes, Matlock Bath and Gulliver's Valley South Yorkshire. 

Who is eligible for the concessionary rate? What proof is required?

To be eligible for the concessionary rate you will need to provide one of the following documents for EACH qualifying person:

  • Blue Badge 
  • DLA or PIP letter (together with photo ID of the person named within the letter).
  • One Essential Carer of the Blue badge holder or DLA/PIP named person (if applicable) are also charged at the concessionary rate.

How do I enquire about some lost property?

Please complete the contact form below and include

  • A description of the lost item(s)
  • The theme park / resort that you have visited
  • The date that you visited
  • Accommodation number/name (if applicable)

We will pass the information onto the site management who will contact you if the item is found.

Can adults visit the theme park without any children? 

Due to the family nature of Gulliver’s, groups of adults or single adults with no accompanying children will not be permitted onto the theme park. If you are joining a group who are already in the theme park then simply ask the group to meet you at the entrance gates, where they can confirm that you are a member of their group.

I've completed my booking but still haven't received my email confirmation. What should I do next?

Please double check your spam and junk folders within your email account. Sometimes our confirmations can be filtered into those folders automatically. If it's still not there, then please email our booking team through hotline@gulliversfun.co.uk or call 01925 444 888. 

Is there a discount for group bookings?

Yes, there is a discount for parties of 20 or more paying guests. The amount you save depends on when you are visiting. For further details, please call Gully's Hotline on 01925-444888 or email us

Can children under 16 come to the park without a parent?

Children 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I change the date of my booking?

You may be able to change your visit date, subject to availability and fees. Go to the 'book tickets' link on the website and select 'reschedule my visit'. Tickets are non-refundable, however you may pass on your tickets to friends or family if you find you are unable to attend. 

Are there places to eat in the theme park?

Yes, there are several places on site where you can choose from a wide range of meals and snacks. We have restaurants, fast food outlets, snack kiosks and healthy eating options, so there's plenty of choice.

*Update* Due to changing regualtions we may be operating reduced menus, track and trace controls and restricted seating areas, in line with governement guidance at the time of your visit.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Yes, if the day you arrive has not sold out, you can purchase tickets at the gate. You'll always get a better price when you pre-book 2 days or more in advance.

How long can I expect the experience to last?

This will largely depend upon your own walking pace. You may choose to spend time observing additional entertainments along the route, or to enjoy some seasonal drinks and snacks.
You can typically expect to spend approximately 90 minutes leisurely strolling the 1 mile trail, immersing amidst the atmosphere and snapping those insta-worthy selfies.  

Is the attraction wheelchair and pushchair friendly?

Yes!

At Milton Keynes, the whole route is on firm ground and mostly flat with only some very slight inclines. Accessible toilets are available along the route.

At Warrington, the route is on firm ground and mostly flat with only some very slight inclines. The exit-boardwalk may not suit all mobility requirements and our marshals will assist you on an alternative route if required. Accessible toilets are available along the route.

Is Land of Lights included in Gulliver's Annual Passport Perks?

Land of Lights Lantern Festival is a stand alone special event and therefore not included in Gulliver's Annual Passport perks.  

Does the attraction use strobe lighting?

While there is no strobe lighting in use along the trail, some lantern features do include flashing, twinkling and colour changing lights.

Is smoking and vaping permitted on the Theme Park?

Smoking (including of e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited other than in the designated smoking areas within the Attractions.

Please note that Gulliver's Valley in Rother Valley is a smoke-free venue with no designated smoking or vaping areas within the Theme Park.

Can I exit the park to collect belongings from our car during the day if required?

Yes, just inform a member of the team at the front entrance before leaving. 

Can I bring my dog?

Sorry, no dogs allowed are on site other than registered assistance dogs.

Are there any restrictions on the rides and attractions?

Height and other safety restrictions apply on some of the rides. Details are displayed at each individual ride and on the rides information pages of our website.

What are the medical provisions on site?

There are trained first aiders and a first aid post at each of our theme park resorts. Our first aiders are trained to deal with minor injuries and the first stages of any major injuries.
